Matt and the team have been building top quality synthetic sports fields for almost 15 years now. STM is also a successful civil works business and has built a reputation of reliability and trust. Matt's team is known throughout much of the school community in Victoria to 'go the extra mile' and completing projects on time, and within budget. Always completing projects to a very high standard and looking after many schools for their sports and play areas. STM has evolved to be a provider of first class fields for Football, Soccer, Cricket and Rugby including FIFA 2 star (recognised as the pinnacle of quality fields). We have extensive experience also in playground areas with our own certified safe fall surface (up to 3m critical fall height certification).

Synthetic Turf Management has successfully completed a number of synthetic turf projects for our company including :
Catholic Regional College, Sydenham in 2010
Cana Catholic Primary School Hillside 2014 - Cost $1.1 million
Catholic Regional College, North Keilor 2015 - Cost $1.2 million
Cana Primary School incorporated construction on sloping ground with extensive rock excavation and drainage required. Field included Soccer pitches and running track for the Primary School.
Catholic Regional College North Keilor included running tracks, soccer field and Australian rules football, the field was constructed largely on fill.
The projects were professionally designed and Matt adhered strictly to the specifications and carried out the work in all cases in a thoroughly organised and professional manner.
All projects were completed on time
and within budget

The field is used extremely heavily with around 1,500 students accessing it on a daily basis. The field has been maintained By Mr Matt McKenna since its completion and is in very good condition still.
The field is setup for both AFL football and Soccer with running lines also for sprint races.

As Principal of Catholic regional College North Keilor, in 2014 we were fortunate enough to be in a position to procure a 9500m2 synthetic grass sports area. After a lengthy process to determine the best products, construction and installation company, we selected Synthetic Turf Management owned and run by Matt McKenna and chose to instal ActGlobal 50mm Xtreme Turf.
The field was setup for both AFL football and a full size soccer pitch with a 4 lane running track around the perimeter and lanes for 100m sprint races. Other features included a regulation size long and triple jump facility , 2 synthetic practice cricket wickets, a shot put circle and discus enclosure.
The field and all of its component parts, has been used extensively since it was opened with 650 students having access to it on a daily basis. The field has been maintained by Synthetic Turf Management since its completion and is in excellent condition.
We have been very pleased with the service provided by Matt McKenna and his team from the design phase through to construction and follow up customer service. As a result the high quality surface provided by ActGlobal remains in ‘as new’ condition today.

St Patrick’s has always been a small rural school where the children were happy enough playing on the basic surrounds that was their playground. The children still used their imagination, laughed, ran and danced. However, when Matt McKenna and his team laid and constructed their multifaceted sport court, this blew their mind.
From the initial discussion and planning of the project, to the completion and celebration, I cannot fault the professionalism, workmanship and capability of Matt McKenna and his team. The project ran pedantically to time, his staff where exceptional in a school environment where behaviour and safety are fundamental.
The construction of the surface is flawless. Matt willingly discussed ever phase of the courts construction and offered professional advice and ideas that would ensure we would have optional use of our sports courts.
At the completion of the project, Matt has left me equipped with the knowledge of regular upkeep and a commitment that if I had any questions or concerns, his service is still available.
The children of St Patrick’s now enjoy all of the sports marked on the surface and can run. laugh and dance on a surface that is safe and more importantly used daily.
